Geremia is willing to train the right person who is goal-oriented, committed to customer service, and has a proven sales experience.

• Quickly contact new leads to access the budget and schedule a consultation meeting.
• Conduct a remodel “Consultation,” where the designer meets with customers and explains the pool remodeling process.
• Assess customer needs and expectations.
• Scheduled follow-up appointments for a Design Presentation.
• Provide a completed remodel design and contract packet to the sales manager for approval.
• Be present at the beginning of digging to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
• Build referral relationships and constantly exceed customer expectations.
