Immediate full time position open for Pool Maintenance Technician.

Comprehensive on-the-job training.

We are only looking for candidates who have experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, and chemicals at this time.

What we require:

• Valid drivers license
• Full background check, including driving record
• Motivated attitude, willing to learn
• Computer and smartphone literate

Job Outline:

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
• Able to carry all necessary items to and from pool
• Willing to work with hazardous chemicals and take necessary precautions
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills, written and spoken (English)
• It is important to communicate and follow up with the pool owners and office staff.
• Must be tolerant of dogs

Tasks:

• Obtain water readings and adjust water chemistry with chemicals.
• Inspect all equipment and verify proper functionality, make minor repairs when necessary
• Brush walls and floors of pool and spa; Net and remove all unwanted objects from pool and/or spa
• Use our company iPhone to communicate
• Perform basic mechanical skills (i.e. use screwdrivers, disassemble pool cleaners, etc.)
• Ensure each property is left as you found it, except for a clean pool (no debris left, all gates closed and locked, etc.)
• Clean filters 2x a year or whenever else is needed.
• Clean all locations 52 times a year – once a week (unless otherwise noted)
• Inclement weather conditions may change scope of work performed, but each stop must be done.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.
• Always respect the customer and their property
• Holiday’s pool routes must be made up on another pre-determined day.
