First, the Initial Consultation:
The designer in your area will reach out to discuss the scope and budget of your project. Your time is precious, and we don’t intend to waste it. This call allows you to ask the basic questions and for us to layout exactly how we can help.
After the call, if you feel that Geremia Pools & Landscaping is a good fit, then we will schedule an on-site evaluation and consultation.
On-Site Evaluation & Consultation:
This meeting takes place at your residence and should take around an hour. Here you’ll meet your designer, and we can get to know your vision for the project. Our job is to listen to want you want and provide our expertise to make that a reality. We want the final product to be uniquely yours.
After we carefully measure your yard, define your budget, and gather all your input, the designer will begin drafting an initial design.
Concept Design:
After listening to your vision and carefully mapping your yard, we’ll begin developing your concept design. The process typically takes 2-3 weeks (depending on season and complexity). Our designer will create a scale drawing of your yard, including the swimming pool, the decking, and the equipment pad.
This process is collaborative, and your feedback will be both heard and encouraged. Once you and the designer are happy, we can move into the final design plan.
Final Design:
The final design plan incorporates everything you have discussed with your designer. It features a complete layout of your swimming pool, including the equipment and any structural elements. This stage is also where we settle on a final budget and begin laying out the construction schedule for your project.
Construction Plans:
Once you approve the Final Design Plan, we’ll draft a complete set of construction plans. Depending on scale and complexity, this includes plumbing, electrical and the gunite information.
Once we produce these plans, we will schedule a start date and a kickoff meeting. This meeting includes you, your project supervisor, and the designer to ensure everyone is one the same page.
